These terms govern the Shiguang Jingyu website, design tool, sales, and community.
Accounts
Provide accurate information and protect your password and devices. We may temporarily restrict access when misuse is suspected in order to protect the account and service.
Products and designs
Natural stones vary in color, pattern, inclusions, and size. On-screen designs are previews and may not exactly match the finished item due to displays and natural variation. Confirm wrist size, beads, quantity, and address before ordering.
Orders, payment, and production
Price, shipping, payment method, and delivery timing are shown at final confirmation. Bespoke production begins after payment and specification confirmation. If there is an obvious price or specification error, or a material becomes unavailable to source, we will contact you promptly and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.
Community
Content that infringes rights, misleads, harasses, breaks the law, or constitutes commercial spam is prohibited. You must hold the necessary rights and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and then resolved by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
